Do you ship overseas?


Yes, we ship internationally to most countries worldwide. The shipping is free. If you’re ordering from a country not listed at checkout, just contact us and we’ll help arrange it manually.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

What are the return rules?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Products must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.

To start a return, email us at returns@tropicalhalo.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a return label and detailed instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product - in that case, we’ll cover return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, or offer an exchange/store credit upon request.
